How do I place an order?
Use the navigation bar at the top to search for your blooms, or type directly into the search bar what you’re looking for. Select the quantity you need (half box or full box) and click to add to your cart. Once done filling your cart, click the shopping cart button at the top and complete the checkout process.
What does next day, 3-day, and 7-day delivery mean?
We offer products with next-day delivery when order is placed by noon, 3 day delivery, and 7 day delivery. This allows us time to source you the best blooms and deliver them quickly and as fresh as possible. All orders are shipped via next day delivery once secured from the farm, and are delivered on your requested date.
How much should I order?
We typically recommend ordering at least 10% more than you need to accommodate for any spoilage or damage that occurs between the farm and your doorstep. It is common for a bloom or two to arrive damaged, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend you place your order at least two weeks in advance to ensure we are able to get you exactly what you need. Some of our items are available for next day delivery for those last minute needs, and some are available for delivery after 3 or 7 days of placing your order. We recommend flowers arrive between Wednesday and Thursday for Saturday events in order to allow them to properly rehydrate and open.
What if I want to order a quantity not listed on your website?
We only sell the quantities listed on our website because they are the most cost effective for shipping purposes, and happen to be a standard amount needed for various uses. We may be able to accommodate other quantities, so give us a call or send an email and we’ll do our best to get you what you need.
What if I don’t see what I need on your website?
Give us a call! We have access to dozens and dozens of farms across the world and are more than happy to search high and low to find you what you need.
What if I need to change something on my order after I placed it?

Where do you ship to?
We deliver all across the United States!
What days can I have my order delivered?
We ship orders fresh out of Miami from Monday to Wednesday, meaning the available delivery dates are Tuesday through Thursday.
How do you prepare my order for shipment?
Most flowers are wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve then gently and securely placed in a box with added padding for any jostling during shipment.
What if I need to make a change to the delivery date or the address?
You will need to contact FedEx directly to make any adjustments to the shipment once a shipping label has been created and you have received a tracking number.
How is my order shipped?
We ship all orders via FedEx Next Day Delivery and will arrive by 10am on the specified delivery day. A signature is required for delivery, so please keep this in mind when selecting the delivery date.
Why is a signature required for delivery?
Not only do we like to know that the order was delivered to the right place, but we also want to make sure that these perishables aren’t left out in the elements for long.

What should I do once I receive my order?
Carefully remove your bunches from the box and from their protective sleeve. Inspect the bunches for any damage, remove and discard any spoilage immediately (keep in mind it is expected for a stem or two to be subpar). Remove foliage that will fall below the waterline, as well as any guard petals or damaged petals. Prepare buckets or vases with a few inches of cool water and flower food. Cut an inch off the bottom of the stem and place in the water, then keep store in a cool place. If you need to force the blooms to open quickly, use warmer water and a warmer air temperature. What if I have an issue with my order once I receive it?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once assumed by FedEx. In the event of severe damage to your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately and be able to provide photos of the damage. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 24 hours of the package being received.
