Where do you ship to?

We deliver all across the United States!

What days can I have my order delivered?

We ship orders fresh out of Miami from Monday to Wednesday, meaning the available delivery dates are Tuesday through Thursday.

How do you prepare my order for shipment?

Most flowers are wrapped in a protective plastic sleeve then gently and securely placed in a box with added padding for any jostling during shipment.

What if I need to make a change to the delivery date or the address?

You will need to contact FedEx directly to make any adjustments to the shipment once a shipping label has been created and you have received a tracking number.

How is my order shipped?

We ship all orders via FedEx Next Day Delivery and will arrive by 10am on the specified delivery day. A signature is required for delivery, so please keep this in mind when selecting the delivery date.

Why is a signature required for delivery?

Not only do we like to know that the order was delivered to the right place, but we also want to make sure that these perishables aren’t left out in the elements for long.

What if my order is delayed or wasn’t delivered?

Please contact FedEx directly.

What should I do once I receive my order?

Carefully remove your bunches from the box and from their protective sleeve. Inspect the bunches for any damage, remove and discard any spoilage immediately (keep in mind it is expected for a stem or two to be subpar). Remove foliage that will fall below the waterline, as well as any guard petals or damaged petals. Prepare buckets or vases with a few inches of cool water and flower food. Cut an inch off the bottom of the stem and place in the water, then keep store in a cool place. If you need to force the blooms to open quickly, use warmer water and a warmer air temperature. What if I have an issue with my order once I receive it?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once assumed by FedEx. In the event of severe damage to your order upon arrival, please contact us immediately and be able to provide photos of the damage. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after 24 hours of the package being received.
